Cool blueprints and glowing prints. What seems like a virtual impression is real carpet. And a unique design of Przemsyslwas’ Mac’ Stopa. With his ‘Immaterial Dream’ the owner of Massive Design, Warsaw, made a spectacular appearance for his company at the Milan Furniture Fair. He succeeded in creating a symbiosis of imagination and matter: exclusive furniture design and high-quality carpeting in digital printing by M2 CARPETS.
Exhibition construction as an artistic Installation
It takes a moment to realize what is imagination and what is reality? This field of tension is where the fascination and the idea of entering an imaginary space lies. Carpet and furniture suggest a fusion, they paraphrase and enhance each other. It seems that the one doesn’t work without the other, with soft contours that break open again and again to join together anew.
The consistently contrasting colours in the respective rooms draw a line and then remove it again. Visitors seem to be carried weightlessly from room to room. The interplay of shapes and colours makes the interior and its materials a perfect staging.
Carpet on Demand: You design, we print!
We would like to thank our partner Massive Design in Poland for the fantastic reference. It proves that in cooperation with our partners, new dimensions of digital carpet printing are constantly opening up, among other things for new, contemporary trade fair design. Not least because we are the only supplier in Europe to be able to produce large-area, seamless prints in a total width of 4 meters.
Whether for intensive colour rush or subtle room ambience: thanks to our technological lead in process colour printing and our colour management, we can achieve almost any desired colour combination, with the highest precision and colour brilliance. We print in a dimensionally stable, reproducible production process on raw materials suitable for object and trade fair use in different qualities and in small quantities from 12 m² upwards. Optionally and as required on our classic essentials, our new raw material ‘Wool’ with 80% genuine New Zealand wool or on our high pile Feelgood quality ‘San Remo’.
All M2 CARPETS carpets are based on a durable, proven heatset polyamide pile construction and are available in different pole weights. Our process color printing also enables unbeatable response times, which are extremely relevant for repeat orders, repairs or room extensions. Carpet on demand also means fast availability and optimal support.
